Royalty - In-House Sales

6% of gross in-house sales. Straightforward, percentage-based - you only pay more when you earn more.

Royalty - Delivery Sales

35% of gross delivery sales, inclusive of delivery platform commission. We manage the relationship with Deliveroo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat for you. You can earn up to 3% back with strong operational metrics.

Marketing Contribution

2% of gross sales, reinvested directly into the success of your site. National brand campaigns, local marketing support, and digital acquisition.

The SoBe Standard. 700–1,500 Sq Ft.

Location

High street or other high-footfall street. Ground floor site. In an area with other quality F&B operators. We use delivery data to identify the best trade zones.

Kitchen

350–500 sq ft minimum kitchen space. Open kitchen concept. Designed for efficiency - running three brands from one kitchen with minimal additional equipment.

Dining

10–30 seats on site. Easy delivery rider access. The model is designed for a small footprint - high delivery volume keeps rent proportionally low.

Submit your application. We'll schedule a call to discuss your goals and if it's a fit, walk you through the model and available trade zones.

Step 02

Site Visit

We'll take you to one of our franchises so you can see the design and how they operate. You'll have a final meeting with our MD or COO.

Step 03

Site Selection

We help identify the right area and site using demand data from 400+ UK delivery locations and Sessions' full data set.

Step 04

Build & Launch

We design and fit out the site for you, manage the full project, and train your team for a successful launch. After launch, we support you to grow through marketing, brand, menu, and operational support.
